The 12 Days of Christmas Secret Santa Gifts and Poems

Leaving gifts and spreading holiday cheer is one of my favorite parts of Christmas. And what better way to do that than picking a family and leaving them various gifts on each of the 12 days leading up to Christmas anonymously? Here are the poems and gifts that I came up with for our traditional 12 Days of Christmas Secret Santa Ding Dong Ditch this year. Just right-click the poems, download, print, fancy it up and attach it to the specified gift in the parenthesis to join in on the secret gift giving fun! I've also included a few templates that you could use to embellish your notes to look like mine.

DAY 1 (Frozen Turkey):

DAY 2 (Dove Chocolates):

Day 3 (Canned Chicken Noodle Soup)
Day 4 (Angel Ornament)

Day 5 (wreath/wreath ornament or Funions)
tape it right to the bag
If giving Funions
If giving wreath or wreath ornament

Day 6: Homemade Decorated Cookies
Tape to a can or jar of cookies

I cut the gingerbread man in half horizontally and attached to back of poem.

Day 7 (Goldfish Crackers)
Day 8 (Nutella and Nutella Hot Chocolate Recipe)
Day 9 (9 rolls of toilet paper dressed as reindeer)
Day 10 (a holiday movie)

Day 11 (CD of Christmas Music)
Day 12 (a drum container filled with various gifts of your choosing)

Christmas Gift Cookie

I decided to make a little gift and treat for the seminary students and the teachers. I love the quote by President Benson! It's such a great reminder for them to read over the Winter break and it just matches my present cookies. When things are super busy it is easy for us to sometimes think of reading and especially studying our scriptures as just one more thing that needs to be done. But with all the gift giving at this time of year it is so important for us to remember all the gifts and blessing we have in our lives because of the Savior Jesus Christ; and it is through scripture studying that we can draw closer to Him!

Royal icing recipe is also there.

Baby Shower Card

In case you need any inspiration for a baby shower card and gift.
I always end up wanting the card to match the gift (not just in wording but in cuteness) so I end up writing my own poems to put into the card. But I've never saved the poems and end up having to start all over again each time I go to a shower. Next time I'll be able to just copy the poem and use it as my shopping list for the gift!

Origami Flower Lei

Here is a lei I made using origami flowers. These turned out really pretty and could probably make some really nice garland. They aren't however the most comfortable leis to wear.

Four Petal Origami Flowers

I have been folding these little flowers for a few years now. They are pretty simple to make and can be used to dress up all kinds of things. So far I've put them on a diaper cake, spread them across the center of a table for decorations, and even used them to make leis. The instructions to fold are here. Can you think of any other ways these simple little flowers can be used?
